IPKSA is the Internationally recognised Irish Governing body for land based wind sports covered by the World body FISLY (
www.fisly.org ) to which reland and IPKSA have long been members .
Sports covered include Sandyachting ,Kite Buggy and Speed sail as well as other other disciplines.
