IPKSA is the Internationally recognised Irish Governing body for land based wind sports covered by the World body FISLY ( www.fisly.org ) to which reland and IPKSA have long been members .
Sports covered include Sandyachting ,Kite Buggy and Speed sail as well as other other disciplines.

Should your primary interest in Kiting be with the intent of going on water for Kitesurfing then IPKSA recommend that you visit the site of the recognised Irish governing body for Kitesurfing the
 Irish Kitesurfing Association.
